To which countries Jamón Ibérico Online serves its products?
Jamón ibérico Online serves its products to all the countries from the European Union.
 
What payment method is used?
You can pay quickly and safely by Paypal or making a bank transfer.
 
How long will I get my order?
Your order will leave our facility within a maximum period of 48 hours (working days) and reach its destination depending on the estimated delivery time for each country.
– According to the zone: Urban ( postal codes 280 … ) ; provincial ; national ; Portugal; Gibraltar ; Andorra. In these cases the delivery is made within 24 hours.
– Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France , Holland, Italy , Luxembourg , Poland , Czech Republic, United Kingdom and Switzerland. Its delivery is between 3 and 6 days.
– Zone 2: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland , Latvia, Lithuania, Norway , Romania and Sweden. Its delivery is 4 to 7 days.
– Zone 3 and zone 4 : Jamón Ibérico Online does not distribute to these areas.

Transit times (working days estimated from the departure of consignments MRW International Platforms until the date of delivery to the addressee) are approximate and refer to documents and major destination cities. How much delivery costs are to any country of the European Union?
At the end of your order you will automatically calculate the cost of transport depending on weight and country of destiny. You can also learn it through the contact form on the website or through our email info@jamonibericoonline.com where we will help you in everything you need.
 
 
What if I am not at home when the carrier arrives?
Delivery includes two attempts (1st delivery attempt the next day , 2nd delivery attempt after delivery agreed with the recipient by the MRW delivery office , where after the first day of delivery).
If the addressee is absent it will be left a note (if access has been possible) with data from the office where you can collect the item and within fifteen days shipment will be returned to origin. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, after a period of fifteen days shipment will be returned to origin. It is therefore recommended that along with the destination address indicating the recipient’s phone.
 
 
What time will my order arrive? Can I agree with MRW a delivery time?
The MRW delivery hours is from 8:30 am to 19:30 pm, although it is common that the delivery is made throughout the morning. It is not possible to conclude with MRW a delivery time because each MRW dealer carries hundreds of packages and it is impossible to offer such personalized service. It is always recommended to give a delivery address where someone is in work hours.
 
 
What about if the product received is not what I ordered?
In the case of not having received the requested product, please contact us and we will solve it as fast and easy as possible.
