7,65€ – 14,75€The Bonito del Norte of SERRATS is caught in the waters of the Bay of Biscay (Spain) during the summer coastal and by means of traditional fishing gears. It has an intense flavor to the sea, with clear flesh and some properties that grant to be the king of the tunas. Once the best specimens have been selected and after the cooking process, the fish is prepared and packaged using artisanal techniques. Weight 400 grams.
