8,50€The acorn-fed Iberian loin of Extrem Puro Extremadura comes from Iberian pigs raised in freedom in the Extremadura pasture following artisanal production and natural drying. It is characterized by its brown-red color with streaks, intense and balanced aroma, unctuous and juicy in the mouth with a round and persistent flavor. The diet is based on acorns and herbs for six months.
The curing process is 5-6 months in the natural wineries of Herreruela.
