Cured Sheep Cheese “Castillo Huete” is made from pasteurized sheep milk. It has a firm texture but buttery at the same time with an intense and pleasant taste and a unique smell that never leave anybody unmoved. Cheese maturing is 8 months at least. Approximately 3kg weigh.
