Dehesa de Luna has created its first olive oil with a unique vineyard of 85 hectares surrounded by oaks and olive trees with which the new Dehesa de Luna Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made. It stands out for its aromas of fresh fruit and green leaves that combine with balsamic echoes (with mint aroma) to compose a very elegant aromatic set. In the mouth freshness is maintained and it shows at the same time blunt. It is an oil that maintains a perfect balance between spicy and bitter attributes.
