Semicured Sheep Cheese Castillo Huete is a product made with pasteurized milk from different breed of sheep. That fact gives the cheese an excellent taste because of the “alcarreño’s” (that comes from La Alcarria, Guadalajara) pastures. For this reason it is a good partner of red and fruity wine. Its texture is grainy but buttery at the same time. It has a perfectly balanced taste and a sheep smell. Cheese maturing is 50 days at least. Approximately 3kg weigh.
