It is a Manchego type cheese due to the characteristic flavor of dry cheese, which provides raw sheep’s milk and its long maturation period. Cylindrical in shape, its crust is oily, in a golden tone. It has a strong and strong flavor as well as an intense aroma. Approximate weight of 3kg.
