44,80€This wine is the result of the selection of three grape varieties: Tempranillo 85%, Graciano 10% and Garnacha 5%, grapes harvested manually in 15 kg boxes. Depending on the year, it will be preceded by partial or total destemming according to the need.
Fermented in “Allier” wooden vats for 11 days at a temperature between 24º and 28º C, in the presence of the skins for a further 25 days, obtaining noble tannins that give rise to long-lasting color resistance in our entire range of wines.
It is advisable to uncork and decant between 30 and 45 minutes before, to appreciate all its aromatic potential.
Bottled in the absence of any type of filtration.

79,25€The base variety is Tempranillo (90%) from a selection of our farms in Villalba, Briñas and Rodezno, united with 10% of Graciano from the Montecillo estate in Fuenmayor.
Especially recommended with all types of meats and stews, seasoned fish, desserts with chocolate or red fruit coverage. Perfect as an after-dinner glass.
Medium-high layer and with an elegant garnet rim at the end of the glass. Great breadth of aromas, highlighting the notes of wild strawberry, red cherry, plum, blackberry and cranberry that combine with the aromas of tobacco, brioche, ground coffee, caramel, cedar and cinnamon flower. In the mouth it stands out for the elegant balance between alcohol and acidity, freshness and its polished and friendly tannins that provide a refined palate. Its fine, delicate and very long aftertaste, which time in the bottle will continue to round out, making this new Gran Reserva 904 a wine with great storage capacity.

41,20€The most honest interpretation of the Carraovejas valley. Balance, structure and delicacy present on a lively background. Passion for detail in each process. Freshness and elegance with the personality of the origin. The extraordinary expression of a unique valley. • Varieties: Tinto Fino (92%), Cabernet Sauvignon (5%) and Merlot (3%). • Alcohol: 15%. • Soils: limestone texture with red clays and white loams. Low granulometry and high water retention. • Altitude: 850 meters. • Harvest: manual, in 15 kg boxes The Pago de Carraovejas grape was harvested by hand after a first selection of clusters in the vineyard itself. Subsequently, in the winery, a double selection was carried out: of clusters and of berries. Gravity production of the must allows maximum respect for the raw material. The vatting process is carried out meticulously. During the fermentation process, yeasts and lactic acid bacteria native to our farm were used. The wine was refined in 225 and 600 liter French and American oak barrels for 12 months. The entire process was marked by precision and care in every detail. For greater protection, the wine contains sulfites.
