    Elaboration

    Gentle pressing with 50% flower must obtained, followed by fermentation at low temperature (15º) in a stainless steel tank. Second fermentation in bottle aged for 36-48 months.

    Tasting

    Yellow color with greenish reflections, sharp and with fine and slow release of bubbles. Predominance of notes of dried fruit and notes of honey and syrups, with boxwood in the background. The palate is broad, tasty and fragrant.

    Extraction of the flower must with soft pressing, continued fermentation at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Second fermentation in the bottle, aged for 20-24 months.

    Tasting

    Greenish color with some yellow reflections, with lively carbon dioxide and crown formation. On the nose, white and citrus fruits stand out, with notes of pastries and fresh yeast. Mouth with freshness and balance.

    This wine is the result of the selection of three grape varieties: Tempranillo 85%, Graciano 10% and Garnacha 5%, grapes harvested manually in 15 kg boxes. Depending on the year, it will be preceded by partial or total destemming according to the need.

    Fermented in “Allier” wooden vats for 11 days at a temperature between 24º and 28º C, in the presence of the skins for a further 25 days, obtaining noble tannins that give rise to long-lasting color resistance in our entire range of wines.

    It is advisable to uncork and decant between 30 and 45 minutes before, to appreciate all its aromatic potential.

    Bottled in the absence of any type of filtration.
