Its quality is unique and it is distinguished by its color, texture and flavor. Its aroma is able to transport us through time and geography. For its elaboration, the noble parts of the pork female meat coming from its own farms are selected. The selected meat is crushed, kneaded together with the diced bacon and seasoned with sea salt and black pepper.
