3,50€The Acorn-Fed 100% Iberian Salchichon Extrem has an extraordinary quality, it is a gastronomic piece made with pure Iberian pork meat and with a touch of black pepper. Its cure is 3 to 4 months in the cellar. It has a garnet red color with white infiltrations, an intense aroma and a creamy and succulent sensation on the palate, with a full flavor with hints of pepper.
Its diet is Iberian based on acorns and herbs in full freedom in the Dehesa de Extremadura.

Its quality is unique and it is distinguished by its color, texture and flavor. Its aroma is able to transport us through time and geography. For its elaboration, the noble parts of the pork female meat coming from its own farms are selected. The selected meat is crushed, kneaded together with the diced bacon and seasoned with sea salt and black pepper. The natural drying process gives the Salchichón de Vic from Casa Riera Ordeix an inimitable bouquet. Weight approximately 1,400kg.
