44,80€This wine is the result of the selection of three grape varieties: Tempranillo 85%, Graciano 10% and Garnacha 5%, grapes harvested manually in 15 kg boxes. Depending on the year, it will be preceded by partial or total destemming according to the need.
Fermented in “Allier” wooden vats for 11 days at a temperature between 24º and 28º C, in the presence of the skins for a further 25 days, obtaining noble tannins that give rise to long-lasting color resistance in our entire range of wines.
It is advisable to uncork and decant between 30 and 45 minutes before, to appreciate all its aromatic potential.
Bottled in the absence of any type of filtration.

Medium-high layer and with an elegant garnet rim at the end of the glass. Great breadth of aromas, highlighting the notes of wild strawberry, red cherry, plum, blackberry and cranberry that combine with the aromas of tobacco, brioche, ground coffee, caramel, cedar and cinnamon flower. In the mouth it stands out for the elegant balance between alcohol and acidity, freshness and its polished and friendly tannins that provide a refined palate. Its fine, delicate and very long aftertaste, which time in the bottle will continue to round out, making this new Gran Reserva 904 a wine with great storage capacity.

624,00€ – 704,00€Acorn-Fed Iberian Ham Extrem DO (designation of origin) has a continued high quality and it is elaborated with purebred Iberian pigs. Those pigs have grown. These pigs have been bred feeding exclusively on acorns and natural pastures in Extremadura. In Extrem Puro Extremadura, they made Jamón Ibérico Puro de Bellota in their traditional way. They obtain it from pig’s hind legs that are big and elongated from the best part of Iberian pig –which is characteristic because it has less quantity of fat-. They cure it more than 36 months. All these features give this Iberian ham few more delicate and complex aromas.
They carry out a strict selection of the finest pieces of each pig which are transferred to the drying of Extremadura Montánchez mountain range. Here all the hams are dried in the most possible natural and so the result is a unique flavor.
This strict elaboration process is supported by the DO Dehesa de Extremadura, the most prestigious and valuated award by experts. It is the DO more demanding of the four that exist in Spain.
The curing process is a minimum of 36 months in natural cellars of Herreruela.
