Iberian ham and parmesan cheese pizza recipe
For today we have thought about this recipe very easy. A delicious pizza of Iberian ham and parmesan cheese. The preparation is very easy and it will not take you long to do it.
Homemade dough (or buy it if you find it more comfortable)
100 gr approximately sliced Iberian ham (you can find here)
Tomato (if possible homemade)
Grated Parmesan cheese
Bacon (strips, the amount to taste of the diner)
Olive oil (seasoned with a little garlic and rosemary)
-The first thing is tomake the dough or buy it.
– Once the dough is made, we stretch it and put the tomato, the slices of ham and bacon. Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
– We introduce it to the oven, once preheated to 210 degrees.
– We will control that we do not do too much and approximately after five to eight minutes we remove it.
And that’s it! Ready to serve.
