Sirloin recipe with Iberian ham sauce
For this Saturday we have thought about this delicious sirloin recipe with Iberian ham sauce. Just imagining this dish makes you want to suck your fingers! It is a simple and quick recipe because it will not take you long to make it.
Ingredients
6 persons
2 Pork tenderloins
250 gr. Iberian Ham
4 cloves garlic
400 cl cream for cooking
Oil
Salt and black pepper
Elaboration
1- We leave all the ingredients ready and then chop the garlic and ham.
2- Next we heat the oil and put salt and pepper on the sirloin steaks, we put them to brown on a high heat so that they are well browned on the outside and at the same time raw on the inside.
3- Now we remove the meat and reserve it. Once it’s cold we cut it into pieces about two centimeters thick. In the same oil place the chopped garlic until they begin to brown.
4- Then add the ham and stir well.
5- Lastly, add the cream of milk and the pieces of the cut sirloin. We let it boil a couple of minutes. We will not let it boil any longer but the sauce will end up thickening too. Now you are ready to serve!
