Recipe for Iberian ham burger and cured cheese

Well for today we start August with a delicious recipe for Iberian ham burger with cured cheese. Who does not like a recipe like that?

 

Ingredients

  1. Hamburger bread
  2. Minced meat
  3. Iberian ham (you can buy it here)
  4. Cured cheese (here you can also buy)
  5. Canons
  6. Garnish of potatoes

 

Elaboration

FIRST STEP: We leave ready the ingredients that accompany the meat, that is to say the two wedges of cured cheese, a few slices of Iberian ham and a few canons.

SECOND STEP: We put with the meat that must be done at a very high temperature, very hot oil. When turning it over, press with a spatula with a dry blow (only once). This is valid for a crust on the outside (it will give you a lot of flavor) and juicy inside. The minutes of cooking will depend on the taste of each diner.

THIRD STEP: When the meat is done, last, we take our hamburger bread and on the same plate as the meat, we toast them until they are crispy.

FOURTH STEP: Once we have the bread and meat, we ride. From bottom to top we put: At the base, the meat, then the two wedges of cured cheese. We continue with the canons and then the Iberian ham and finally the bread.

FIFTH STEP: Finally as a garnish you can put some chips or whatever you like. Ready to serve!
