Lasagna recipe of zucchini, mushrooms and ham
Again Friday! Today we bring you another recipe from Karlos Arguiñano. Lasagna with zucchini, mushrooms and ham with bechamel and gratin cheese. Spectacular! The elaboration time is approximately 60 minutes.
Ingredients for 6 people):
12 sheets of lasagna
500 g of mushrooms
150 g of ham (you can buy it here)
1 l of milk
75 g of flour
100 g of grated cheese
extra virgin olive oil (you can buy it here)
FIRST STEP: We put to heat abundant water in a large pot. When it begins to boil, season and add the sheets of lasagna. We will let them cook for 10-12 minutes and drain them on a clean dry cloth. Then, reserve them.
SECOND STEP: Peel and chop the chives in cubes and put them to sauté in a pan with a splash of oil. Next we chop the zucchini and the mushrooms in the same way and add them. Sauté the vegetables until they get well. Then season and add the dried thyme. Chop the ham in cubes and add them.
THIRD STEP: To make the béchamel sauce, we heat the oil in a casserole, add the flour and sauté a little. Pour the milk, season and cook it, stirring constantly for 5-6 minutes.
FOURTH STEP: We add a little béchamel. We assemble the lasagna by alternating sheets of lasagna with the filling we have made. The last step is to cover the lasagna with the bechamel, and sprinkle the surface with the grated cheese. Then we grate it in the oven until it browns. We can decorate with some leaves of parsley. And we have our plate ready!
