Recipe of fresh green asparagus with Iberian ham
Well, it’s Friday and with it, it’s Friday and with it we present an original and easy-to-make recipe that contains our most supreme product. Ham! These are fresh green asparagus with Iberian ham. Delicious!
Ingredients (for 4 people)
24 green asparagus
2-3 tablespoons olive oil (you can buy it here)
250 gr. Iberian ham (you can buy it here)
Freshly ground black pepper
Steps for the elaboration
FIRST: We wash the asparagus very well and drain it. Cut with a knife or with the hand the hardest part. The hardest part can be used to make a cream of asparagus with a potato and an onion.
SECOND: In a large pot put plenty of water and when it begins to boil we will put a handful of fat salt. Then we toss the whole asparagus and cook them 10 minutes approximately. Then we take them out and put them in ice water, and we will remove them and dry them on kitchen paper. We reserve
THIRD: We will make them grilled (which is previously very hot). In the presentation dish that you have chosen, we will put 6 asparagus per guest, we will add a splash of virgin olive oil and freshly ground pepper. Finally, top the Iberian ham cut very thin. And ready to serve!
