Iberian ham cream recipe
For today we have thought about this delicious recipe of cream of Iberian ham that is perfect for any occasion. It becomes a fast, delicious and delicious first course.
150 gr. of Iberian ham
2 fresh chives
50 ml. of white wine
1 liter of meat broth
8 slices of bread and fresh chives.
First step: First peel and chop the chives and the leek to poach them over a low heat in a pan with a little olive oil. Peel the potato and scrape it.
Second step: When the spring onion and the leek are well poached, add the mashed potatoes and the ham cut into medium sized cubes. We will now redo everything.
Third step: Now is the time to incorporate the white wine and we will raise the fire so that the alcohol evaporates. Now add the meat broth and cook over low heat for 20 minutes, during which time the ham will have released all its flavor.
Fourth step: Now we will crush the whole until we get a very fine cream and then we reserve.
Step Five: Cut the slices of bread into cubes. Fry in plenty of hot oil until golden brown and drain on absorbent paper.
Sixth step: Finally, serve the cream of ham in bowls and place on top the toasted bread. Garnish with a bit of chopped chives.
