Recipe of toast of Iberian ham, mushrooms and prawns

– Mature tomatoes
– salt and a pinch of sugar
– Iberian ham or Serrano ham
– freshly ground pepper
– extra virgin olive oil
-First step: grate the tomatoes and add salt and a pinch of sugar. We mix well,
-Second step: Marinamos the prawns with olive oil, vinegar, chopped fine thyme, freshly ground pepper and salt.
-Third step: Confit the mushrooms with a little chopped garlic and chop them.
Fourth step: In a nonstick skillet, we passed the ham fillets over a very soft fire. Approximately half a minute on each side.
-First step: Cover the slices with a layer of tomato and on top scatter the mushrooms. Then add the marinated prawns and finish covering with ham.
