Recipe of meatloaf wrapped in Iberian ham
For this Friday we have thought about this recipe for meatloaf wrapped with delicious Iberian ham. To suck your fingers!
Ingredients for three people:
3 servings
– 400 g minced pork or veal
– A few slices of Iberian ham (so buy it here)
– 1 egg
– 2 cs of bread crumbs
– Salt
– Iberian touch spices
– A small plum cake mold
Steps for the elaboration:
-First step: Mix the minced meat with the egg, the bread crumbs, the salt and the spices.
-Second step: Followed we put the slices of Iberian ham that we consider necessary to cover the mold. Next we add the meat and bake at 200º for 25 minutes.
-Third step: Finally let cool and decorate to taste. Ready to serve!
