Recipe of sea bream fillets with garlic oil and Iberian ham
We are back on Friday and we have thought of another delicious recipe that is very easy to make. This time it’s fish Great fillets of sea bream with garlic oil and Iberian ham. Yum yum!
Ingredients (for 2 servings)
– 2 golden steaks
– 2 chopped garlic
– chopped parsley
– 25 g of very chopped Iberian ham (you can buy it here)
– 1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika from La Vera
– extra virgin olive oil
Steps for preparation
STEP 1: First, on a hot plate, put the fillets of sea bream with oil and keep them on the fire for 3 minutes on each side. We add a little salt (to taste)
STEP 2: Next, in a small pan with oil (we will pour enough oil) put the garlic and when they are done adding the very chopped ham, parsley and paprika. Then we take a few turns and set aside.
STEP 3: Finally, we put our fillets and salseamos. Ready!
