Recipe of Cold Melon and Mango Cream with Iberian Ham Flakes
Again it is Friday and for today we have thought of a fresh recipe, refreshing and easy to make; cold cream of melon and mango with Iberian ham flakes.
Ingredients:
-Melon 50%
-Mango 50%
-Iberian Ham ( you can buy it here)
Preparation:
FIRST: Once cooled mango and melon cooled in the refrigerator, peel the mango and prepare it to go through the blender or blender, cutting it into small pieces.
SECOND: Next we do the same with the handle. Cut the melon into small pieces and pass it along the mango to crush
THIRD: We proceed to crush the ingredients, the final result should be a puree type texture.
FOURTH: Once we get the desired texture, we reserve and go to cool the refrigerator.
FIFTH: Cut the Iberian ham into very thin slices and put it on absorbent kitchen paper. We introduce it to the microwave so that it dehydrates and loses the fat. It is advisable to use ham that does not have much fat (although it is also true that this will please the palate). The cooking time will depend on the power of the microwave. First we will put about 20 seconds and we will increase until we get a crunchy and fat-free ham. When we have the desired crunch we cut it into small scales with scissors or a knife.
SIXTH: Finally, in the glass that we have previously chosen, we add the cream we have obtained and place the crunchy scales of Iberian ham. Ready to place!
