Recipe for chicken breast stuffed with vegetables

These are the ingredients we will need:- 3 units of breast – approximately a dozen green asparagus

- 2 peppers or red peppers
- 300 ml of orange juice – paste of garlic (about 1 Dessert spoon)
- 80 grams of honey bee

- 12 units of wooden sticks
Now we will see the steps that we have to do is to carry out this recipe:- First step: first what to do, in addition to previously prepare all ingredients, is marinating the chicken breast. We will take and in a bowl, add the orange juice, dried oregano, half of the honey and garlic to taste paste and then move on to mix all these ingredients well.
- Second step: then Cook vegetables with which we will fill in the breast. Then, we will take a saucepan with water over medium heat and let that water reaches the boiling point. Add vegetables, spinach and asparagus. Let Cook for about 5 minutes max 10 and withdraw and cut cooking with cold water to prevent the overcooking of vegetables.
- Third step: now is when ‘marinaremos’ the chicken breasts with the mixture of orange juice and other ingredients that we had previously prepared, reserve in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or 1 hour approximately to macerate well. Fourth step: once we have marinated the chicken breast, withdraw it and will carry it to a table where we will add the asparagus, spinach leaves and pepper or red pepper strips.
- Step four: Now we will coil very well the breasts and once be the made roll closes the tops with toothpicks of wood. You can close it with kitchen string. Now pick up a frying pan and put it on fire with a little oil and once hot add the chicken breasts, what we do is to seal them to finish cooking in the oven.
- Fifth step: leads the chicken breasts to a refractory and bana with marinade over, added to each the rest of honey. Now bake the chicken breasts filled for about 20 to 25 minutes approximately at 160 ° C.
