Stuffed mushrooms with ham
We have spent several days looking for original, easy and quickly to make recipes. The ham ( serranofor those who prefer one to cook ) is our flagship ingredient and it offers many possibilities. - Two garlic and parsley
- Bread crumbs
- Pepper, olive oil and salt
- A Cup of wine, if possible , white wine
Steps in the creation:
Step One: The first thing we have to do is place the mushrooms (perfectly clean once and we have already cut off the stem) in a baking dish (the font is at our option) previously coated on the bottom with a little olive oil to prevent food from sticking.
Second step: We will take and itch stalks, onion and ham and fry all in olive oil over low heat. Once we do this, we will fill the sauce with mushrooms and will place them above the previously crushed garlic and parsley.
Step Three: Then we’ll take the salt (and pepper for those who likes more powerful flavors) and at the same time will spread over some bread crumbs with a little olive oil. In thebottom of the container, we can now take a little white wine, the amount depends on the touch you want to give. Once we have done, we introduce the tray in the oven after having preheated oven at 180 degree for approximately 20 minutes.
Step Four: Now comes the last step, after the baking time, we will draw a baking tray and a few minutes later, we serve them.
