Eggs with ham and potatoes for all

When we speak about ham, already it is Iberian ham or serrano ham, often we associate it with a good cheese as well as with a good glass of wine. The combinations are infinite.   • First: We peel the potatoes, wash them in cold water and cut them in tracks of half a centimeter. Later we dry the potatoes with absorbent paper of kitchen.
  • Second: We put in the fire a big well frying pan preferably with olive oil. We warm it and when it is warm throw the potatoes. First we will fry them to average fire during approximately 10-12 minutes. The important thing is that they do not remain fried.

  • Fourth: Now we are going to incorporate him a bit of onion, prepare the onion lightly caramelized with a bit of honey. We have to cut the onions in very thin tracks. In the same frying pan this time with little olive oil and always to slow fire we add the onions. When we see that it starts giving up water we raise a bit the temperature in order that it is gilded, later we lower the intensity of the fire and throw the salt, remove with a spoon of wood during approximately approximately 5 minutes and add later 1 spoonful of honey.
